Just a fab stay! Room was clean and cozy, with plenty of power outlets for all our gadgets. The owners were super friendly and helpful, giving us great tips on what to see around the city. Perfect spot for a cozy getaway!
We had a lovely stay! The hosts were super friendly and even helped us find our way around. Breakfasts were yummm, tons of choices! Our room was nice and clean with amazing views. Only downside was some noise from the front door at night. Oh, and the little bar area was a plus too!

Immediately felt welcomed upon arrival. Kevin and Susan checked us in and provided great local tips. The hotel sits in a quiet area, which was a nice escape from the busier parts of Edinburgh. The bus stop is just a short two-minute walk, making it easy to get around the city. Room cleanliness stood out, very comfortable with a cozy feel. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with options that felt fresh and hearty. Only drawback was the lack of a lift. the staircase can be a challenge for those with heavy luggage. the staff were helpful in assisting with bags. a lovely stay that we would definitely consider repeating.

The Standard Double Room was super comfy and clean. I loved how homely it felt, like staying at a friend's place. Plus, the bed was really cozy, making it perfect for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was tidy and well-equipped. Just a couple of stairs to navigate but nothing too crazy. Would've been nice to have some USB charging points, but that’s just a small thing compared to how nice the room was.

Great choice for a family getaway
The hosts, Kevin and Susan, were simply amazing, treating us like family and even went out of their way to prepare a simple dinner when we got stuck due to the weather. The breakfast was outstanding too, like we hadn’t had something that good in ages.
It wasn't the cheapest place I’ve ever stayed, but honestly it was worth every penny.
